• Session 2: Assessment and In-depth Reflection
  Depending on the client’s needs, psychometric assessments may be conducted, such as an interests inventory or the Myers-Briggs test. These tools help identify career paths aligned with the client’s preferences and strengths.
• Session 3: Career Options Exploration
  Using the insights from the assessments and discussions, we identify potential career paths that match the client’s skills, interests, and desired lifestyle.
• Sessions 4 and 5 (if necessary):Planning and Action
