Sylvie Desjardins is the CEO of NxCareer. She founded her business in 2015 with the goal of helping individuals find the right career and has since dedicated her own career to guiding both individuals and organizations toward achieving their career and business objectives.

Sylvie is passionate about sharing her knowledge through coaching, mentoring, and speaking engagements. Known for her dynamic and practical workshops, she infuses her sessions with humour and energy.

REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST AND VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PROFESSIONAL

Farrah is a registered provisional psychologist in Edmonton, Alberta, with over 6 years of experience providing counselling, including employment and vocational rehabilitation. She is fluent in English and French, which allows her to engage with clients meaningfully. She has experience working with the French community in Edmonton and with individuals from all walks of life with barriers to employment.

Farrah aspires to empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves and navigate their lives with confidence, resilience, and compassion. She has a unique passion for clients from diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with issues related to cultural adjustment, complex identities and neurodiversity. Farrah believes that every person has the capacity for growth and resilience, and my role is to help you tap into your inner strengths and resources to navigate life’s challenges.
