De plus en plus, on se demande si la r\u00e9silience n\u2019est pas devenue le nouveau mot pour justifier l\u2019\u00e9puisement. Qu\u2019on se comprenne bien : la r\u00e9silience est une qualit\u00e9 extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cieuse. Mais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quel point peut-on la porter avant qu\u2019elle devienne un fardeau plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une force?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce texte n\u2019a pas pour but d\u2019apporter des solutions toutes faites. Il cherche plut\u00f4t \u00e0 ouvrir une r\u00e9flexion sur la ligne parfois invisible entre t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 et suradaptation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Une performance qui cache l\u2019\u00e9puisement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans plusieurs milieux de travail, la ligne entre performance et \u00e9puisement devient de plus en plus floue. Ce n\u2019est pas parce qu\u2019on est performant qu\u2019on va bien. Les deux peuvent coexister\u2026jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle explose.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon l\u2019American Psychological Association, la r\u00e9silience c\u2019est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab rebondir apr\u00e8s des \u00e9v\u00e8nements difficiles \u00bb. Mais dans bien des contextes, on ne rebondit plus. On avance, \u00e9puis\u00e9\u00b7e, sans jamais vraiment r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pourquoi on en parle autant maintenant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si ce sujet r\u00e9sonne autant aujourd\u2019hui, ce n\u2019est pas un hasard. On sort d\u2019une p\u00e9riode marqu\u00e9e par une accumulation de bouleversements : pand\u00e9mie, r\u00e9organisations constantes, surcharge de travail, p\u00e9nurie de personnel, pression de performance, ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, etc. Et dans tout \u00e7a, le mot \u201cr\u00e9silience\u201d est revenu comme un mantra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On nous a r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u2019il fallait s\u2019adapter, rebondir, rester calme, avancer malgr\u00e9 tout. On a admir\u00e9 celles et ceux qui tenaient bon, qui continuaient sans se plaindre, en gardant une attitude \u00ab positive \u00bb. Mais \u00e0 force d\u2019\u00eatre utilis\u00e9e partout, l\u2019id\u00e9e de r\u00e9silience a fini par s\u2019user. Elle est devenue une attente silencieuse : \u00ab Sois r\u00e9silient\u00b7e, mais vite. Et surtout, sans d\u00e9ranger \u00bb. <em>\u201cBe resilient, quickly. And preferably without making noise.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Fatigue fonctionnelle : quand on tient debout\u2026sans aller bien<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plus trompeur dans tout \u00e7a ? C\u2019est qu\u2019on peut \u00eatre performant\u00b7e, tout en s\u2019\u00e9teignant \u00e0 petit feu. On continue \u00e0 livrer, \u00e0 cocher les cases, \u00e0 \u00eatre \u201cpr\u00e9sent\u00b7e\u201d, mais on ne r\u00e9cup\u00e8re plus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par exemple, on se r\u00e9veille plus fatigu\u00e9\u00b7e qu\u2019on s\u2019est couch\u00e9\u00b7e. On encha\u00eene les journ\u00e9es sans r\u00e9elle pause, m\u00eame le soir ou le week-end. On r\u00e9pond aux courriels en mangeant, on assiste \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions sans y \u00eatre vraiment pr\u00e9sent\u00b7e mentalement, on oublie des d\u00e9tails simples, ou on perd patience plus facilement avec les coll\u00e8gues ou les proches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et pourtant, sur papier, tout semble \u00ab normal \u00bb : on livre les projets \u00e0 temps, on est \u00e0 l\u2019heure aux rencontres, on ne se plaint pas. C\u2019est cette dissonance, entre ce qui para\u00eet et ce qu\u2019on ressent, qui rend la fatigue fonctionnelle aussi trompeuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On devient expert\u00b7e dans l\u2019art de faire \u201ccomme si\u201d : comme si tout allait bien, comme si on avait l\u2019\u00e9nergie, comme si c\u2019\u00e9tait normal de ne jamais d\u00e9crocher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette forme de r\u00e9silience, silencieuse, constante, \u00e9puisante, est valoris\u00e9e dans bien des environnements, mais elle nous m\u00e8ne droit \u00e0 l\u2019essoufflement. Le corps envoie des signes. La t\u00eate aussi. Mais comme la performance est l\u00e0, on se convainc que ce n\u2019est \u00ab pas si grave \u00bb. Jusqu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 tout l\u00e2che.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Et si le probl\u00e8me \u00e9tait culturel?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si autant de personnes vivent aujourd\u2019hui cette fatigue de fond, ce n\u2019est pas uniquement \u00e0 cause de leurs habitudes personnelles. Il faut aussi regarder le contexte de travail dans lequel elles \u00e9voluent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans plusieurs milieux, la performance est devenue une valeur absolue. On valorise la rapidit\u00e9, la disponibilit\u00e9, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab g\u00e9rer la pression \u00bb. Mais on oublie trop souvent de s\u2019interroger sur le co\u00fbt humain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans certaines \u00e9quipes, r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des courriels \u00e0 22 h est per\u00e7u comme un signe d\u2019engagement. Prendre une vraie pause d\u00eener peut \u00eatre vu comme un luxe. Refuser une t\u00e2che suppl\u00e9mentaire, m\u00eame avec une charge d\u00e9j\u00e0 pleine, peut \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 comme un manque de motivation. Ce sont des exemples concrets d\u2019une culture qui valorise la disponibilit\u00e9 constante plus que la sant\u00e9 r\u00e9elle des gens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et parfois, m\u00eame les initiatives de bien-\u00eatre au travail comme les s\u00e9ances de m\u00e9ditation ou les webinaires sur la gestion du stress deviennent des outils de plus \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans une journ\u00e9e d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop remplie. On finit par se sentir coupable de ne pas avoir le temps de prendre soin de soi.\n\n\n\n\nEt la r\u00e9silience, dans tout \u00e7a, devient parfois un outil de productivit\u00e9 d\u00e9guis\u00e9. Un\u00b7e employ\u00e9\u00b7e r\u00e9silient\u00b7e, ce serait quelqu\u2019un qui ne montre pas de faiblesse, qui s\u2019adapte \u00e0 tout, qui continue m\u00eame quand c\u2019est d\u00e9raisonnable. Mais est-ce vraiment \u00e7a, la sant\u00e9 au travail ? Est-ce qu\u2019on ne confond pas force et suradaptation? Et surtout : qui a le droit, aujourd\u2019hui, de dire \u201cje suis fatigu\u00e9\u00b7e\u201d sans craindre d\u2019\u00eatre jug\u00e9\u00b7e, mis\u00b7e de c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou vu\u00b7e comme moins engag\u00e9\u00b7e ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>5 pistes pour pr\u00e9server son \u00e9quilibre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9silience ne devrait pas \u00eatre une obligation silencieuse, mais une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rebondir avec du soutien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici quelques pistes, pas magiques, mais profond\u00e9ment n\u00e9cessaires, pour prot\u00e9ger son \u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u>1.Reconna\u00eetre les signaux d\u2019alerte<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fatigue n\u2019arrive pas toujours d\u2019un coup. Elle s\u2019installe doucement, souvent dans les d\u00e9tails : sommeil moins r\u00e9parateur, irritabilit\u00e9, perte d\u2019enthousiasme, difficult\u00e9 de concentration. Prendre le temps de s\u2019\u00e9couter vraiment, sans minimiser, sans se dire \u201c\u00e7a va passer\u201d, est souvent le premier geste de pr\u00e9vention.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u> 2. Redonner de la valeur \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On a appris \u00e0 performer. \u00c0 g\u00e9rer. \u00c0 livrer. Mais on a parfois oubli\u00e9 comment s\u2019arr\u00eater.\nFaire une pause n\u2019est pas un aveu de faiblesse, c\u2019est une strat\u00e9gie durable \u00e0 long terme.\nM\u00eame les machines ont besoin d\u2019entretien. Pourquoi pas nous ?<br \/>\nEven machines need maintenance. Why not us?<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u> 3. Oser demander du soutien<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parler de sa fatigue, de ses limites ou de son besoin d\u2019aide ne devrait pas \u00eatre tabou. Que ce soit avec un\u00b7e coll\u00e8gue, un\u00b7e gestionnaire ou un\u00b7e professionnel\u00b7le, le soutien est une ressource, pas un luxe. Ces discussions, quand elles deviennent la norme, renforcent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u> 4. R\u00e9viser ses propres standards <\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being committed doesn\u2019t mean being available 24\/7.<br \/>\n\u00catre engag\u00e9\u00b7e ne veut pas dire \u00eatre disponible 24\/7.\nSouvent, c\u2019est notre propre exigence envers nous-m\u00eames qui nous \u00e9puise.\nRevoir nos attentes, apprendre \u00e0 faire \u201cassez bien\u201d, \u00e0 dire non, \u00e0 poser des limites, c\u2019est aussi de la maturit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u> 5. Cr\u00e9er de vraies pauses<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas juste scroller entre deux r\u00e9unions. Des pauses qui r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8rent vraiment : marcher, respirer, s\u2019\u00e9tirer, d\u00e9crocher vraiment. L\u2019id\u00e9e, ce n\u2019est pas de tout arr\u00eater. C\u2019est de cr\u00e9er un rythme sain. Un espace pour que l\u2019\u00e9nergie circule, au lieu de s\u2019\u00e9puiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Red\u00e9finir la r\u00e9silience au travail : vers un mod\u00e8le plus durable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vraie r\u00e9silience ne devrait pas ressembler \u00e0 un sprint sans fin.<br \/>\nElle devrait ressembler \u00e0 un mouvement fluide : avancer, s\u2019arr\u00eater, respirer, repartir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prendre soin de soi, c\u2019est aussi une fa\u00e7on de prendre soin de son travail.
